In low income housing, eligibility is determined by income limits defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other State and local authorities. Income requirements can vary from property to property and are subject to change. Eligibility requirements for each property are posted when that property is accepting applications. We maintain waiting lists for all our properties. Each of our properties has its own separate waiting list and requires a separate application, so you must apply for each property that interests you while its waiting list is open, even if you have already applied or are on a waiting list for another Caritas property. However, submitting more than one application for any particular property may result in the denial of your application. Caritas Management Corporation will consider for tenancy qualified applicants with arrest or conviction record in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Fair Chance Ordinance (San Francisco Police Code Article 49).   Click on the link below to view the official notice:
